Project Manager

Our client is a publicly listed company from Southeast Asia, a specialized Provider of Electronics Manufacturing Services and the preferred supplier of some global companies in consumer electronics as well as industrial and commercial electronics products. To meet with the fast growing in the market of China and southeast Asia, they are now hiring high caliber individuals to join with their management team respectively in their China plant and newly established Vietnam plants
Title: Project Manager
Location: Huizhou City, Guangdong Province , China
Responsibility
1. Develop project plans, schedule, documentation, progress report, and chair status update meeting with customer
2. Responsible for program management including developing, executing and monitoring project plan for new product development from kick off till mass production
3. Actively driving and ensuring the proper execution of all project deliverables
4. Drive decision making with project stakeholders
5. Closely monitor all key milestones and reporting project status for effective stakeholder management
6. Communicate with teams among engineer, factory and customer
7. Manage cross functional teams to execute the projects are on time, within budget and quality requirement during product development stage, monitor the contingency plan to manage the risk
8. Chair weekly project meeting with customer

Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree or above in Project Management, Manufacturing or relevant discipline
2. 8-10 years relevant experience in project management or product development in electronics manufacturer(s)
3. Multi-tasking and able to handle pressure under fast-paced environment
4. Self-motivated and proclivity to work independently and coordinate with different functional team members
5. Familiar with project management tools, e.g. MS project
6. Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
7. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Executive
