Job Title: Production Manager(Director)
Reporting to GM
Job location: Qingdao, Shandong

Job Responsibilities

1. Fully manage the production department, ensuring the smooth implementation and efficient execution of production plans.
全面管理生产部门，确保生产计划的顺利实施和高效执行。

2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency, optimize production processes, and reduce costs.
负责制定并实施生产效率提升策略，优化生产流程，降低成本。

3. Oversee equipment management, ensuring the normal operation of production equipment with regular maintenance and repairs.
监督设备管理工作，确保生产设备正常运行，定期进行维护和保养。
4. Strictly enforce production safety management systems to guarantee a safe and accident-free production site.
严格执行生产安全管理制度，确保生产现场安全无事故。

5. Maintain good communication with external cooperation companies, coordinating and solving problems during production.
与外协合作单位保持良好沟通，协调解决生产过程中的问题。

6. Be responsible for the recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and other HR-related tasks within the production department, enhancing the team’s overall capabilities.
负责生产部门员工的招聘、培训、绩效考核等工作，提升团队整体能力。

Job Qualifications:

1. Possess over 5 years of experience in production management, familiar with the production processes of large metal components with expertise in welding
拥有5年以上生产管理经验，熟悉大型金属部件产品的生产过程,具备焊接方面的专业技术

2. Able to write and read in English.
基本的英文能力,能读能写

3. Have excellent organizational and coordination skills, decision-making abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.
具备良好的组织协调能力、决策能力和问题解决能力。

4. Familiar with production management software, such as ERP and MES.
熟悉生产管理软件，如ERP、MES等。

5. Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, able to withstand a certain level of work pressure.
具备强烈的责任心和团队合作精神，能够承受一定的工作压力。
