Our Client is an international company with headquarter in China and subsidiaries around the world including USA, Europe, South America, Africa, Australia, a well-known and publicly listed company with electronic component products, to meet with the business growing, they are looking for

岗位职责：

1. 1.Lead,oversee,and manage department project development and execution
2. 2.Understand and drive department adherence to competency processes andprocedures
3. 3.Responsible to deliver product design to meet project metrics,cost,quality,and delivery.
4. 4.Provide technical leadership to the department
5. Responsible of and achieve the planned department staff’s technical growth targets
6. Serve customer as competency expert
7. 7.Plan and manage department resource budgets
8. 8.Exercise sound engineering and business judgment
9. Customer visits and travels as required
10. 10.Own project success

任职要求：

1.B.S.or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering

2.With at least 10 years of product mechanical design working experience,experience in OBC,DCDC,Converters or other high power electronics is plus

3.With 3 or more years of leadership,project lead,or managerial experience

4.Extensive knowledge of rapid prototypingandproductionplastic and sheet metal tooling· Goodunderstanding and/or knowledge of automotive environment will be an advantage· Quick in grasping and understanding of new products and technologies

5.Working knowledge of and/or skill in CFD tools

6.Fluent in technical English reading/writing and verbal communication skills are required With sound project planning skill and some financial analysis know-how

7.Positive interpersonal attitude with strong people management and leadership skill

8.Strong in analytical assessment andpriority setting skill
