Job Post: Marketing Manager
Job location: Shanghai city
Reporting to: AP  Sales& Marketing Director
Job Duties:

1.participate in managing existing luxury brands for the market recogniztion

2.define and shape existing luxury brands’ brand image & future direction

3.analyse, understand, and translate market and competitor data into actionable levers that can help to grow our brands

4.translate and execute brand strategy into needed brand collaterals, content and marketing activities with strong focus on China Mainland – offline and online

5.cooperate with internal stakeholders (brand owner in Germany, USA ) to create and adjust brand content

6.cooperate with external stakeholders, e.g. marketing agencies, to create market specific brand content according to brand guidelines and marketing/sales strategy

7.provide performance reports for each relevant social media platform and activities

8.organize online and offline training to internal stakeholders and external business partners, e.g. distributors and customers

9.allocate marketing budget and spendings in accordance to brand strategy with focus on maximum outcome

10.ensure correct and timely realisation of projects involving different stakeholders


Job Requirements:

1.5 to 7 years working experience in marketing and/or brand management

2.capable to plan for whole year in a systematic way, while fast in execution

3.resourceful, strong connection with media, and beauty/fashion industry

4.ability to think outside of the box by applying creative but realistic marketing concepts

5.strong understanding of local marketplace, trends, competition, and consumer habits/needs

6.excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese mandarin and English

7.profound knowledge of the beauty industry and/or beauty tool industry (Fashion industry is a plus)

8.ability to work autonomously, agile & under pressure

9.excellent negotiating skills

10.experience in organizing, analyzing, and presenting data

11.experience in working within cross functional environments

12.very skilled in working with MS Office, especially Powerpoint and Excel

13.flexibility to travel to provide training with potential partners
