Position Title: Key Account Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and Deepen Client Relationships: Strengthen strategic partnerships with existing key clients, elevating them to higher levels and ensuring continuous order acquisition. Flexibly adjust client strategies and plans based on evolving client needs and priorities.
  2. Business Scale Expansion: Drive growth for existing clients, providing sales, marketing, and product recommendations, and actively participate in client market activities.
  3. Budget Management: Ensure personal and company budget targets are met.
  4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Assist and drive close communication and collaboration between technical and factory teams with clients, ensuring equipment operation and timely shipment of packaging materials.
  5. Issue Resolution & Satisfaction Enhancement: Be responsible for addressing significant client-side issues, driving resolution, creating high levels of client satisfaction, and fostering win-win partnerships.
  6. Daily Sales Activities: Include client visits, phone calls, quotation preparation, negotiations, contract signing, shipment coordination, receivables tracking, and proactive client needs response.
  7. Management System Understanding & Improvement: Understand the company’s management system, how it impacts work, and contribute to continuous improvement (including quality, environment, and food safety).

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of sales or marketing experience in the liquid food industry, with a preference for dairy.
  2. Proficient in interpersonal relationships, excellent communication skills, and strong teamwork abilities.
  3. Good English proficiency and ability to travel frequently.
  4. Optimistic, confident, honest, reliable, and possess strategic thinking

  6. 日常销售工作:包括客户拜访、电话联络、报价、谈判、合同签订、发货协调及应收款跟踪等,积极响应客户需求。
  7. 管理体系理解与改进:了解公司管理体系,理解其对工作的影响,为体系持续改进(包括质量、环境和食品安全)做出贡献。

职位要求

  1. 5年以上液态食品行业销售或市场工作经验,乳品行业优先。
  2. 擅长人际关系,具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力。
  3. 英语水平良好,能适应频繁出差。
  4. 乐观、自信、诚实可靠,具备战略思维。
