Position Title: Key Account Management – Driveshaft & Steering

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key clients in the automotive industry, focusing on metal components business.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients, conducting market research and analysis to understand customer needs and trends.

3. Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and sustainability of business relationships.

4. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services, meeting or exceeding client expectations.

5. Monitor client satisfaction and performance, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

6. Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the automotive components market.


1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or account management, with a focus on the disciplines of automotive driveshaft and steering industry preferred.

3. Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.

4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin.

5. Familiarity with automotive component manufacturing processes and materials,

6. Strong team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
