IT Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for leading and managing the company’s IT team to ensure the efficient operation of IT systems and networks.
2. Provide technical support and guidance to users and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and networks.
3. Plan, develop, implement, maintain and optimize IT systems and infrastructure to meet business requirements.
4. Establish and maintain the company’s information security policies and procedures to protect the company’s information assets.
5. Monitor and analyze system performance and security issues, and take appropriate measures to improve system performance and security.
6. Collaborate with other departments to identify business needs and develop IT solutions that meet those needs.
7. Provide project management and coordination for IT projects, including project planning, execution, monitoring and closing.
8. Continuously improve the company’s IT processes and systems through innovation and technology adoption.
9. Provide leadership and management to the IT team, including hiring, training, evaluating performance and providing feedback.
10. Report on the company’s IT status, including system performance, security issues, project progress and budget execution, to senior management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or related field.
2. Minimum of five years of experience in IT management or related field, with strong project management skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
4. Familiar with network security concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS and antivirus software.
5. Skilled in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel and Tableau.
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
7. Strong leadership skills and ability to provide effective management to an IT team.
8. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and familiarity with cloud platforms .
10. Experience in a fast-paced environment with high levels of responsibility and decision-making required.
11. Good at ERP systems such as SAP
