Job Title: Global HR Director
Report to: CEO
Location: Pearl River Delta, Guangdong Province

Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Global HR Director to lead our worldwide human resources function. This role is not only responsible for developing and executing global HR strategies but will also play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation of the HR function to align with our Industry 4.0/4.5 roadmap. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor and will report directly to the company’s founder.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive global HR strategy that supports the company’s business objectives and transformation agenda.
• Lead and manage all core HR functions including talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and learning & development on a global scale.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and business units, providing expert HR guidance and solutions.
• Champion the organizational transformation towards Industry 4.0/4.5, fostering the “RenDanHeYi” culture and supporting the evolution into a smart enterprise.
• Spearhead the digital transformation of the HR function. Identify, implement, and optimize HR technologies (e.g., HRIS, data analytics, AI tools) to enhance efficiency, employee experience, and data-driven decision-making.
• Drive change management initiatives related to organizational restructuring, process redesign, and cultural integration.
• Ensure global HR policies and practices comply with local regulations while maintaining alignment with corporate standards.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global HR team.
• Prepare and present strategic HR reports and insights directly to the founder and executive committee.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role (Director level or above) in a global/multinational corporation.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful global HR strategies in a complex, multi-site environment.
• Essential: Demonstrated hands-on experience in leading or significantly contributing to large-scale digital transformation projects within HR (e.g., HRIS implementation, HR process automation, digital talent management platforms).
• Deep understanding of the principles and impacts of Industry 4.0/4.5 on workforce planning, skills development, and organizational design.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• High level of business acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and transformative environment.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and verbal, as the role requires direct communication and reporting to the European founder.
• Experience in manufacturing, consumer electronics, or B2C technology industries is a plus.
