Role Purpose
The Global Digital Leader is accountable for designing and implementing an innovative, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure and digital solutions that enable Industry 4.5 smart manufacturing. This role drives the adoption of AI, IoT, cloud, and cybersecurity technologies to empower business agility and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute global IT strategies aligned with Industry 4.5 and business goals.
• Lead deployment of AI, IoT, MES, ERP, cloud computing, and cybersecurity solutions globally.
• Ensure IT governance, risk management, and compliance across global operations.
• Drive IT innovation and digital transformation initiatives supporting business agility and data-driven decision-making.
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, and global IT teams.
• Collaborate with R&D, operations, and supply chain to ensure seamless IT system integration.
• Build robust, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure and platforms.
Who You Are
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Transformation, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10 years of progressive leadership experience in digital transformation, preferably within manufacturing, technology, or EMS sectors.
• Proven expertise in leading large-scale digital initiatives, including AI, IoT, cloud computing, big data analytics, and automation.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, digital platforms, and integration of ERP/MES systems.
• Experience managing cross-functional and global teams in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, change management, and adoption of emerging technologies.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0/4.5 principles and smart manufacturing ecosystems.
