Position Summary:
As the Global Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in steering our financial operations on a global scale. You will be responsible for formulating and executing financial strategies that support our ambitious digital transformation journey, ensuring that our financial practices align seamlessly with the requirements of Industry 4.5. This includes optimizing ERP systems, integrating AI tools into financial processes, and driving efficiency and innovation across all financial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Global Financial Leadership: Oversee and manage the company’s worldwide financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with corporate goals.
2. Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that support the company’s growth objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
3. Digital Transformation Support: Actively participate in and lead financial aspects of the company’s transition to Industry 4.0/4.5, including the integration of AI and automation tools into financial workflows.
4. ERP Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize the use of ERP systems across the organization, ensuring they are leveraged to their fullest potential in supporting financial operations and decision-making.
5. Team Management & Development: Manage and mentor a global finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.
6. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all financial activities comply with international regulations and standards, identifying and mitigating financial risks proactively.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, especially IT, Operations, and R&D, to ensure financial strategies support broader organizational objectives and initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Minimum of 15 years in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global finance teams.
2. Global Finance Expertise: Proven track record in managing finances on an international scale, with an understanding of diverse regulatory environments.
3. Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is essential. Additional languages are a plus.
4. Professional Certifications: CPA or ACCA qualification is required.
5. Industry Experience: Must have experience in the manufacturing sector; EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry experience is highly preferred.
6. Smart Factory & Digital Transformation: Prior experience in smart factory initiatives or digital transformation projects is advantageous.
7. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and other relevant financial software; familiarity with AI applications in finance is beneficial.
