Responsibilities
- In terms of department management, formulated department procedures, organizational structure and work arrangement, performance assessment, cost control, etc
部门管理方面,制定部门的流程,组织架构和工作安排,绩效考核,费用控制等
- New product development, provide technical support to customer feedback, develop new process and new technology to improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing cost
新产品开发,对客户反馈提供技术支持,开发新工艺,新技术来提高生产效率和降低制造成本”
- Communicate with peers regularly to understand the new trends in the industry and ensure that the company’s technology level is at the top of the industry
定期同行交流,了解行业新的动态,确保公司技术水平处于行业顶先地位
4. Responsible for approving all kinds of drawings, BOM, technical documents and process documents
负责批准各类图纸, BOM表,技术文件,工艺文件
- Responsible for the training and talent cultivation of the department and its horizontal structure
负责部门及其横向架构部门的培训,人才培养
- Make relevant plans to carry out skill training and education promotion for employees of the department
制定相关方案对本部门员工进行技能培训和教育提升工作
- Cooperate with production department to solve various technical problems in time, ensure the normal progress of production plan and timely delivery of customer orders
协同生产部及时解决各种技术问题,确保生产计划的正常进行和客户订单的准时交付
- Organize product engineers to investigate and analyze major quality accidents in the process of production and use. And put forward preventive measures and suggestions.”

- Develop and manage technical documents such as product technical standards and process parameters
制定定和管理好产品技术标准,工艺参数等技术文件
- Made the annual work plan of the department and assessed the performance of the department staff

Qualification
- Education requirement: Bachelor degree or above
学历要求:本科及以上学历
- Major requirements: Thermal energy, automation, mechanical or related majors (senior working experience in the same industry can be relaxed)
专业要求:热能,自动化,机械相关专业(有同行业资深工作经验的可以放宽)
3. More than 10 years of industry working experience, with management experience
资历要求:10年以上同行业工作经验,有管理经验
