SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Design and execute manufacturing engineering strategies for the company.
2. Deploy continuous improvement culture and tools at China site.
3. Set up functional KPI goals, develop related roadmaps, and action plans to support plant strategic goals.
4. Annual engineering and budget planning, implementation, and regular progress reviews.
5. Develop and deploy manufacturing procedures, process design, quality control and improvement to support dynamic business needs.
6. Ensure plant manufacturing machines and tools are working and new projects are launched on time.
7. Plant production capacity planning and layout optimization. Lead the team to analyze the productions, design error-proofing methods, improve manufacturing capability, enhance DFM (Design for Manufacturability), optimize SOP（Standard Operation Process）, and improve fixture design.（Design for Manufacturability），。

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Cultivate operations culture (safety, quality, continuous improvement) by leading the team to engage in productivity, scrap improvement, cost reductions 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seikeetsu, ShITSuke), quality enhancement, etc.
2. Support quality systems, such as ISO9001、AS9100、ISO14001, etc.
3. Continuously improve functional competency to build a solid succession in 3D printing, Kitting, Extrusion, Sealant tape productions, Perforation, Recycle lines, Resins productions through coaching, effective feedback, career development plans, etc.

Preferred:

1. Bachelor degree or above Major in mechanical design
2. Minimum 5 years of engineering manager experience in manufacturing production, especially for composite materials, or wind power industry, or aerospace industry, both good at equipment and process management
3. Knowledges on automation, lean manufacturing, safety, and sustainability growth
4. Strong problem analysis and process control ability
5. Familiar with manufacturing process
6. Familiar with PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) /DFM (Design for Manufacturability) standards or methods
7. Familiar with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) control process
8. Familiar with Six Sigma tools
9. People management skills
10. Passionate, proactive and self-motivated
11. Ability to build and sustain a high-performing team
12. Fluent in English and Chinese
