Job Post: Operations Decoration Manager

Report：Head of Operation Glass and Decoration

Location: Changzhou, Jiangsu

• Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanic Engineering, Decoration technologies or Glassdesign
  • Experience in different decoration variations on Glass bottles /flacons
  • Skills in Decoration possibilities in automatization production process
  • English communication skill

  Area of Responsibility / Duties: 

  • Management of the decoration division from a commercial and technical point of view
  • creating annual plans based on sales forecast
  • creation of investment plans for decoration plant
  • Selection of suitable technical facilities (equipment) to keep the deco area up to date
  • selection of suitable employees for the decoration department together with HR Manager
  • optimization of internal workflows and processes
  • Planning and implementation of investment projects
  • Monitoring of compliance with the environment, occupational safety, environmental protection, fire protection, order and cleanliness
  • manage and establish the production processes in compliance with the specified quality guidelines of the Group
  • planning and organization of further training for employees in the decoration department
  • creating of Decoration cost calculation
  • represent and present the decoration department to the outside
  • Willingness to travel to other overseas Plants and customers
  • support of the head of Quality control and sales in the event of complaints on deco
  • Advice to the development department for new decoration options and variations
  • monthly reporting to General Management
  • cooperation with other departments to implement suitable workflow processes
