Position Title:  China Sales Manager
Reporting to:  China GM
Dotted lined to Sales VP based in US
Location: Ningbo City, Beilun
General guideline:
The incumbent should be responsible for new client development and maintain the relationship with the existing clients under the management of GM China
1) Develop new customers in the automotive and other industrial segments; Closely work with the sales team member and other departments to ensure the steady growth of the company business in China.
2) Establish and maintain good relations with the existing and newly-developed customers,
3) Be responsible for the sales planning, forecasting, and budgeting
4) Proactively get feedback from the clients and collect market information including the trend, pricing etc, to dig out the business potential
5) Work with the finance department to track the account receivable
6) Work with the technical team to provide excellent solutions for the technical problems so as to maintain the high satisfaction of the customers
7) Supporting the General Manager in China to create excellent team spirit and help realize the business goals.
Requirements:
1) Hand-on experience in sales management with western multinational companies
2) At least 5 years of sales experience in sealing or similar industry
3) Experience preferred in automotive or industries such as heavy machinery
4) Bachelor degree or above with major in mechanical or business
5) Good communication and presentation skill with team spirit
6) Good command of English, fluent in oral English, good at writing
7) Can adapt to the frequent travel, and can work under pressure
