Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales & Development China Market to lead our growth and market penetration within the Chinese market for components used in electrical applications. This is a pivotal leadership role with the opportunity to shape our strategic direction, build strong customer relationships, and drive significant revenue growth in a key global market. You will be responsible for understanding market dynamics, identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing market entry and growth strategies, and establishing our brand as a trusted and innovative partner.

1. Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, customer needs and growth opportunities within the Chinese electrical applications market for electrical components.
2. Business Development: Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities with target customers
3. Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales and achieve revenue targets for electrical components within the Chinese market. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Product Positioning and Promotion: Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to define product positioning, value propositions, and pricing strategies tailored to the Chinese market. Develop and execute effective marketing and promotional activities, including participation in trade show , digital marketing, and creaticp of relevant marketing materials.
5. Competitive Intelligence: Continuously monitor competitor activities, market trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes within the Chinese electrical applications market.
6. Reporting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, market reports, and performance metrics. Provide regular updates to the management team on market developments, sales progress, and key initiatives.
7. Team Leadership (Potential Future Growth): As the business grows, the role may evolve to include building and leading a local sales and business development team in China.

Requirements
1. Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Materials Science, or related field preferred), Business Administration or a related discipline. An advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or market development within the industrial or electrical components sector in China.
3. Proven track record of successfully penetrating and growing business within the Chinese market. preferably with experience in electrical application components.
4. Strong understanding of the Chinese electrical equipment manufacturing industry, key players, 5. and market dynamics.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
8. Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
9. Willingness to travel within China and occasionally internationally as required.
