A Global Leading Company with Mechanical Component Products

The company is a global and specialized manufacturer of mechanical components with a history of more than 80 years, now running the business in Europe, American and Asia  with more than 10 production sites including 5 Design Centers , their products are applied into crossed industries such as Automotive, General Industries and Life science and Others

They have been in China for more than 30 years with the head office in Shanghai and manufacturing center in North China staffed with around 500 team members now.
Currently they are looking for a high caliber to join in the sales team to meet with their business expansion, the details are as following

Job Title: China KA&BD Manager-Automotive

Report to: Sales GM

Location: Shanghai Pudong


1. Market Screening with identification of emerging trends and applications, new markets in the field of smart mobility and related infrastructure business
2. Perform strategic analysis, definition and implementation of applications for the Business Line of Automotive
3. Lead definition, analysis and qualification (together with Sales team)
4. Support customer visits to introduce AT&S products, identify current and future needs, roadmaps and drive customer engagement and development, build strategic relationships in an early phase of customer engagement (together with Sales Team)
5. Initiate and manage joint development programs
6. Collaborate with management and Sales team on goals, planning and forecasting; develop business cases and maintain short- and long-term business development plans
7. Support strategic market communication: technology roadshows at customers, industry exhibits, trade shows, conferences, campaigns
8. Cross- functional and business lines collaboration for product development and implementation of strategic initiatives

Job Requirements
1. Business or technical education with in-depth technical or commercial knowledge
2. Strong customer and market orientation with the ability to identify future trends and relationships
3. Very good negotiation and presentation skills
4. Excellent skills in MS Office and KPI tools
5. Very good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin language,
6. Know-how in project management
7. At least 5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Product Management or Engineering in the automotive industry
8. Good communication skills and presentation competencies required
9. Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
Strong leadership skills, team oriented, ability to motivate
