Title: BD Manager (业务拓展经理)
Report to: China Sales Manager
Location: 华北或者华东, 可居家办公

Overall to build up and manage new business pipelines to improve either market share and project profitability for rubber compounding
整体要求:建立并管理新业务发展机会,提升混炼胶业务的市场份额和业务利润。
New buesiness development 新业务发展
1. Identify and define key opportunities with the corresponding customers based on a deep technical understanding of applications and requirements, as well as cooperate with R&D team to transfer opportunities to projects ; 基于对产品应用和客户要求的深化了解,识别并确认相应客户的核心机会,并与研发团队合作将业务机会转化为项目开发;
2. Take lead role to drive new project progress as schedule and implement growth strategy on sales executive for rubber compounding; 推动新项目的按期进行,以及在销售实施过程中贯彻执行混炼胶业务的增长策略;
3. Explore new specifications and trends with customers 挖掘客户的新要求和新趋势。
Sales & customer management 销售及客户管理
1. Secure the sales forecast with high accuracy as well as sales order to receive as schedule 确保销售预测的高准确度以及销售订单的按期接入;
2. Maintain good relationship with customer as well as improve the customer relationship to support business develop and enhance Hexpol’s market reputation 建立良好的客户关系,并提升客户关系以达到对于业务发展的支持以及公司市场声望的提升;
3. Quick action with positive attitude to response customers requirement and complaint, and find the appropriate solution to fix the problem as well as reduce the potential business loss as less as possible; 对于客户的要求和投诉做出快速的反应和积极的态度,寻找合适的解决方案处理相应问题以及尽可能地降低公司的损失;
4. Secure business and market intellegence with high transparency 确保业务及市场情报的高透明度;
5. Responsible for the business, customers & commercial tasks assigned by team leader 负责团队负责人分配的业务,客户和商务任务。
Work experience工作经验
1. At least 3 years working experience in rubber/rubber compounding/rubber products industry in commercial position
具有至少3年在橡胶、橡胶混炼或是橡胶制品行业的商务工作经验;
2. Deep knowledge in rubber/rubber compound products and related processing technology;
对于橡胶或橡胶混炼产品以及相应的加工工艺,具有较深的知识储备;
3. Good knowledge on extrusion, injection, and molding is preferred.
优先考虑对于挤出、注射和模压工艺有知识储备的候选人。
Education & Skills 教育及技能要求
1. Bachelor’s degree, major in polymer or chemial, rubber is prefered
本科学历,专业为高分子或化学工业,橡胶专业优先;
2. Strong project management and business development skills,
较强的项目管理和业务开发能力;
3. Excellent in communication;
卓越的沟通技巧;
4. Good in crisis/complaint management;
良好的危机或客诉公关能力;
5. Good understanding of polymer/chemical industry;
对于高分子或是化学工业具有良好的知识理解;
6. Good business acumen;
良好的生意敏锐度
7.Basic IT capabilities (e-mail, EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT, windows) 基本的IT技巧
8. Accept to have frequent business trip
