Position: BD Head

Location: Shanghai or Shenzhen, flexible

Reporting to: Asia CEO

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company’s market share and revenue growth in the electronic components industry.
2. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate potential business opportunities with key customers and partners.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions tailored to their business requirements.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
6. Prepare and present business cases, proposals, and reports to senior management, including the Asia CEO.
7. Travel domestically and internationally to meet with clients and partners, attend industry events, and conduct business negotiations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, with a focus on the electronic components industry.
3. Proven ability to identify and negotiate business opportunities, leading to successful sales outcomes.
4. Strong understanding of B2B sales models and the electronics industry, with knowledge of market trends and competitors.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior-level stakeholders.
6. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with additional language skills preferred.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
