Position: Application Engineer
Reported to: General Manager of China
Work location: Pudong New Area, Shanghai
Job responsibilities:
1. Product selection and quotation
2. Assist sales department in providing technical solutions
3. Prepare production orders, place orders with the German headquarters, and coordinate production and shipping matters
4. Coordinate logistics to complete import transportation and customs declaration of goods
5. Assist sales department in preparing the necessary documents
6. Preparation of relevant sales reports
7. System inventory data maintenance
8. General after-sales technical support
Job requirements:
1. Can communicate with German headquarter directly in English, with proficiency in German as a preferred condition
2. Education background: Bachelor’s degree, mechanical engineering or related majors are preferred;
3. Experience: Over 2 years of industry experience in pumps (positive displacement pumps are preferred), capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously;
4. Skills and knowledge: Good foundational knowledge in the mechanical and pump industry. Good at coordination and paying attention to details;
5. Familiar with office software including Word, Excel, etc.
