JOB SUMMARY 职位总述:

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 职位细则（工作职责及责任）:

1. Creates 3D solid and sliced model programs from customer supplied part models and specifications to support large scale 3D printing with polymer composite materials

2. Generate machine set-up sheets and incorporate into shop planning

3. Designs/Builds fixtures and/or Sets Up jobs for assigned projects

4. Responsible for complete Numerical Control operation for printing tools, details and parts

5. Post process programs and check/verify completed programs

对程序进行后处理，并检查/验证已完成的程序

6. Ensures engineering, programming, printing, and planning functions are completed properly and on time

7. Performs subtractive programming and machine operation as required per project.

8. Works closely with other departments to make sure they are successful

9. Ensure that materials and equipment are identified in advance and are available when needed

10. Ensure that completed jobs are accurately closed out to provide for continuous improvement

11. Participates in production meetings to report on the status of Engineering activities, highlight needs and issues, and participate in discussions regarding the business

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 教育/经验要求:

1. Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in programming, setting up and operating polymer-based 3D printing machines for parts, molds, or prototype components

至少 3-5 年编程经验，涉及到零件、模具或原型组件设置和操作基于聚合物的 3D 打印机方面。

2. Minimum 5 years of writing NC programs in a printing or manufacturing environment

至少拥有 5 年在印刷或制造业环境中编写数控程序的经验

3. Diploma or Associates or other manufacturing degrees or certifications a plus

大专或其他制造业学位或证书优先考虑

4. Demonstrated proficiency in working with 3D CAD design and surfacing programs such as Catia,

i. Solidworks, NX, or other professional design and engineering CAD software

ii. Possess excellent attention to detail and note keeping. seeks to be a master of their craft.

5. Be proficient in the use of Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)

6. Possess excellent oral and written communication skills 具备优秀的口头和书面沟通能力
7. Knowledge of composite manufacturing and tool or mold making practices

具有复合材料制造和工具或模具制造经验

8. Detail Blueprint interpretation and geometric tolerancing capabilities. 具备解释和几何公差能力
9. 5-axis tool path generation knowledge for printing or cutting are a plus

具有打印机或者五轴刀具切割生成知识者，优先考虑

10. Prototype and one-off machining are a plus 具备原型和一次性加工经验者优先考虑
11. Experience in large format FDM 3D printing or polymer extrusion processes is a plus

有大幅面 DM（Fused Deposition Modeling）3D 工艺熔融沉积制造打印或聚合物挤出工艺经验者优先

12. CMM programming experience a plus

有 CMM 坐标测量机（Coordinate Measuring Machine, CMM）编制指令程序经验者优先考虑

13. Pleasant attitude 完美的工作态度 & Good attendance 很好的出勤率
