岗位职责:
Responsibilities:

协助董事长进行集团的整体扩展,开展海内外的投资或者并购,重组等工作
Assist Chairman in the overall expansion of the Group, and carry out investment, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and other work domestically and

1.了解国内外行业发展趋势,根据公司发展战略,制定投资并购战略,积极寻找海内外潜在的投资/并购目标
Study the trend of the domestic and overseas market, formulate investment and M&A plans according to the company’s development strategy, and actively seek potential investment/M&A targets at home and abroad

2.协助董事长对目标投资/并购项目进行筛选、前期调研、尽职调查、机会与风险评估、架构设计、交易谈判等项目操作,落实并把控项目进度
Assist the Chairman in screening, preliminary research, due diligence, opportunity and risk assessment, hierarchy design, transaction negotiation and other project operations on target investment/M&A projects, and implement and control the project progress

3.负责制订投资建议书和可行性研究报告,设计投融资方案
Responsible for preparing investment proposal and feasibility report, and designing investment and financing plan

4.参与投资或者并购项目的谈判,并负责投资并购项目的业务整合和后期跟进
Participate in the negotiation of investment or M&A projects, and be responsible for the business integration and follow-up of investment and M&A projects

职位要求

Job requirements

1.具有海外工作经验,具备国际化视野
Have overseas work experience with global vision

2.英文流利,能以英语作为日常和工作的沟通语言
Fluent in English, able to use English as the daily and working language

3.法律、金融、投资或财务等相关专业,本科以上学历
Bachelor degree or above in law, finance, investment or finance

4. 具备5年以上相关工作经验
More than 5 years of relevant work experience

5.具备全局意识,有较强的战略判断和决策能力、组织领导能力、逻辑思维能力、人际交往能力
Have global awareness, strategic thinking, decisive with leadership, logical thinking with good interpersonal skills

6.具有丰富的商务谈判技巧,出色的协调、应变能力;对市场有敏锐的洞察分析能力、项目筛选能力和开发统筹组织能力

7.较强的沟通表达能力和公文报告编写能力;具备解决突发事件的能力;有一定的抗压能力
