Bob Duties
岗位职责

1, Make surveys of source companies and collect information of the talent market
(负责各行业的市场信息特别是目标公司的信息的收集)
2, Collect information or resumes of talents by means of advertisement, cold calling, referral
（通过广告、Cold call 或者其他办法，收集人才信息、简历，并负责整理、存储）
3, Longlist, interview and shortlist candidates for clients and write interview reports
（负责人才的海选、面试、筛选；并编写面试报告）
4, Manage the relationship with clients and candidates; provide coordination between clients and candidates
客户管理和人才管理，负责与客户、人才的沟通、协调

Job Requirements:
1, Good English Skill at speaking, writing, reading, can communicate with foreigners without difficulty
良好的英语技能，能流利的讲，顺畅的写，快速的阅读、掌握,能自如的用英文和外国人沟通
2, Good presentation and communication skill
良好的表达、沟通能力
3, At least 5 years of working experience, experience of people management is preferred
至少5年以上工作经验, 有管理经验优先考虑
4, Open-minded, learing attitude, can work under great pressure
乐观、开朗，谦虚的学习态度，能承受工作压力
5, Good skill of time management with highly efficiency and effectiveness for the work
良好的时间管理技巧，能高效工作并富有成效
6, Good skill of computer, can make good use of our IT (Database) system shortly
良好的电脑技能，能很快熟练运用我们的IT(数据库)系统
7. This position is open to expatriate
