Job Description: Asia After-Sales Service Supervisor

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced After-Sales Service Supervisor to join our growing team in Guangzhou, China. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and technical support for our overseas clients within the refrigeration, HVAC, and heating industries. Reporting directly to the Factory Operations Director, the successful candidate will lead a dedicated team, facilitate seamless communication with international clients, and drive continuous improvement in our after-sales service delivery. Frequent overseas travel will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Supervise and mentor a small team of after-sales service professionals, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric culture.
- Client Communication: Regularly interact with overseas clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address inquiries, provide consultative services, and resolve technical issues.
- Technical Support: Offer expert technical guidance and troubleshooting solutions to clients, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of equipment-related problems.
- Service Quality Assurance: Monitor service delivery standards, implement quality control measures, and ensure all after-sales activities comply with company policies and international standards.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate service projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking, to meet client deadlines and expectations.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for service enhancements and cross-selling, contributing to the expansion of the after-sales service portfolio.
- Travel Requirements: Occasionally travel internationally to visit clients, attend industry conferences, and participate in training sessions to strengthen relationships and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Background: Proven experience in the refrigeration, HVAC, or heating industry, with a strong technical understanding of relevant equipment and systems.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with international clients.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing and developing a team.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Intercultural Competence: Ability to adapt to diverse cultural environments and communicate effectively across cultural boundaries.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness and ability to undertake occasional overseas travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Professional certifications in HVAC, refrigeration, or project management.
- Experience working in a multinational corporation or with international clients.
- Proficiency in additional languages relevant to our client base (e.g., Spanish, French).
