Job Title: IE Manager 

Subordinates: 3

Job location:  Dongguan City

Reporting to Operation Manager

Resposibilities:

1、作业方法的设计和改善（工时平衡/分析，制程/瓶颈改善）；

Design and improve work methods (work hour balance/analysis, process/bottleneck improvement);

2、标准工时、产能评估，作业标准时间设定、测量；

Standard working hours, capacity assessment, operation standard time setting and measurement;

3、物流规划改善（区域/区分/移动路线/备存/用量等）；

Logistics planning and improvement (area/division/moving route/inventory/consumption, etc.);

4、配合现场人员对现行作业进行改良；

Cooperate with field personnel to improve the current operation;

5、成本的计算与分析（品质/效率/能源/消耗费等成本）；

Cost calculation and analysis (quality/efficiency/energy/consumption cost);

6、工装夹具设定、改善；

Setup and improvement of tooling and fixture;

7、品质分析与管理；

Quality analysis and management;

8、工厂、车间布局设定；

Plant and workshop layout setting;

9、现场精益生产改善课题的推动工作。

Promoted the field lean production improvement project.

Qualification:

教育背景

AcademicBackground

大专或以上学历，工业工程、企业管理等相关专业。

College degree or above, Major in industrial engineering, business management, etc.

相关工作经验

Related Experience

1，具有八年以上 IE 相关工作经验。

At least 8 years IE related working experience. 2，具有咨询公司工作经验及 5 年以上大型制造业精益生产管理经理。

With working experience in consulting company and more than 5 years of lean production management in large manufacturing industry.

知识技能

Knowledge & skill

1.工业工程专业或者机械类相关专业，三年以上同岗位工作经验；

Major in industrial engineering or mechanical related, at least 3 years working experience in the same

position;

2.熟悉 IE 七大手法, 能对现场进行有效改善及标准化；

Familiar with seven IE techniques, able to effectively improve and standardize the site;

3.熟练运用 CAD/OFFICE 等软件；

Proficient in CAD/ Office software;

4.能推动自动化设备导入，治工具改善及流程评估；

Be able to promote the introduction of automation equipment, tool improvement and process evaluation;

5.了解工厂运作流程，有企业流程优化经验，了解 ISO 架构，有成本分析与改善能力；

Understand the factory operation process, have experience in enterprise process optimization, understand the ISO framework, have the ability of cost analysis and improvement;

6.有大中型企业 IE 工作经验者优先考虑；

IE working experience in large and medium-sized enterprises is preferred;

7、能独立完成流水线平衡分析、制程改善、现场改善等；能熟练运用 IE 手法进行改善,达到降低成本提高效率的目的；能熟练应用 AutoCAD 对工厂内设施进行规划；能运用 IE 工具对工厂分析断点及改善；

Independently complete line balance analysis, process improvement, site improvement, etc.;Can skillfully use IE techniques to improve, to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and improving efficiency; Skilled in using AutoCAD to plan the facilities in the factory; Ability to use IE tools to analyze breakpoints and improve them;
