Title: Procurement Director
Location: Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province

The Role:
Lead global commodity sourcing strategy across worldwide manufacturing operations. Drive supplier innovation, cost competitiveness, supply resilience, and technology leadership through strategic partnerships, AI-driven sourcing, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

-Own global sourcing strategy, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and portfolio optimization (consolidation, dual sourcing, localization).

-Partner with Engineering and Operations throughout NPI lifecycle—lead RFQ, commercial negotiations, and ensure on-time material readiness.

-Drive annual cost reduction via VA/VE, design-to-cost, should-cost analysis, and TCO optimization.

-Monitor global markets, raw materials, and geopolitical risks; develop predictive intelligence and mitigation plans.

-Establish supplier scorecards (cost, quality, delivery, innovation, sustainability) and conduct executive business reviews.

-Champion digital procurement transformation (Ivalua, AI tools) and ensure compliance.

-Lead, coach, and develop the Commodity Management team.

Requirements:

-15+ years in strategic sourcing within consumer electronics, professional audio, or advanced manufacturing.

-Strong background in high-mix, low-volume, multi-site global environments.

-Deep expertise in Electronics (semiconductors, PCB, connectors, displays) or Mechanical (plastics, metal fabrication, CNC, acoustics).

-Proven success in global contract negotiations, should-cost modeling, and ERP/e-procurement platforms (SAP/Oracle/Ivalua).

-Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/Supply Chain/Business); MBA/CIPS/CPSM preferred.

-Fluent English; strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
