Job Title: Heat Treatment Manager
Reporting Line: Plant Manager
Subordinates: 30
Key Responsibilities:
1. Improve and implement departmental workflows and operational standardization; enhance performance appraisal systems to increase management efficiency and meet customer delivery requirements.
2. Implement comprehensive quality management to meet customers’ continuously increasing quality requirements for heat treatment processes.
3. Plan departmental staffing and drive capability development.
4. Plan departmental production equipment investments and implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to support sustained business growth.
5. Provide targeted solutions to meet customer needs for heat treatment and value-added services, driving continuous growth in the heat treatment business.
6. Manage and upgrade the heat treatment management system, promoting digital and automated transformation.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Over 10 years of experience in heat treatment workshop management.
3. Knowledge of metallic materials and heat treatment processes; understanding of mold processing workflows; familiarity with workshop management processes.
4. Strong workshop management skills and techniques, team coordination ability, and project management capability.
