Job Title
DSP Algorithm Engineer / Senior DSP Algorithm Engineer

Responsibilities
·        Design, develop, and optimize real-time audio DSP algorithms

·        Implement core audio processing modules, including:

o    EQ, Compressor, Limiter, Gate

o    Reverb, Delay, Modulation, Distortion

o    Guitar/Bass effects, amp and speaker modeling

·        Support DSP development for products such as:

o    Audio Interfaces & Digital Mixers

o    Guitar/Bass Effects & Multi-FX

o    Electronic Drums, Digital Pianos, Synthesizers

·        Optimize algorithms for low latency, low power consumption, and stability

·        Work closely with embedded engineers to integrate DSP algorithms into products

·        Support audio tuning, validation, and sound quality optimization

Qualifications
·        College degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, or related fields

·        3–8 years of experience in audio DSP development

·        Solid foundation in digital signal processing theory

·        Proficient in C / C++

·        Experience with real-time audio systems

·        Familiar with at least one DSP / SoC platform:

o    ADI SHARC, ARM Cortex, NXP, TI, or similar

Preferred Qualifications
·        Experience in MI or pro audio products

·        Amp modeling, physical modeling, or synthesis algorithm experience

·        VST / AU plugin development experience

·        Background in music or audio engineering
