As we continue to expand our global footprint, we seek a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead our U.S.-based engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all engineering activities across the U.S. factory, including product design, development, testing, and manufacturing process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, quality assurance, and supply chain) to align engineering strategies with business objectives.
• Manage a team of engineers, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and career development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, UL) and regulatory requirements in North America.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Liaise with global counterparts, particularly in China, to synchronize engineering efforts and leverage manufacturing capabilities.
• Lead project management for new product launches and process upgrades, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to support production and customer needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within a multinational corporation.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) with exceptional cross-cultural communication skills to engage seamlessly with international teams.
• Deep familiarity with North American business culture, work ethics, and regulatory environments.
• Strong technical proficiency in HVAC systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in the HVAC industry or related sectors (e.g., industrial equipment, building automation) is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally (e.g., to China) for team collaboration and site visits.
