Job Post:  Sales Account Manager- Additive Manufacturing

Report to: Asia  GM (a foreigner from US)

Job location: Tianjin/ Beijing (can be home base)

 

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for sales on resin products. Ensure the smooth progress and implementation

of the 3D printing resin sales for the company and its clients. Evaluating and summarizing the

market and sales experience of 3D printer resins. Collaborating with the resin products, technology and production departments to ensure the quality and market effect of the products.

Promote the features and advantages of The Product of resin products and increase the market share of the  resin products, including market research and the formulation of sales strategies.

Have a clear understanding of customer needs and market competition situations. Follow the company sales strategies, complete sales tasks, follow up on customer feedback, and develop

corresponding customer maintenance plans.

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop contact with potential 3D resin customers in the industry of the business,

including scheduling meetings in person.

  1. From new and existing relationships with companies in the customer database by visiting

them in person, maintaining phone contact and addressing issues or problems when they come

  1. Maintain a strong understanding about 3D resin products inventory, features and technical

specifications to answer specific customer questions.

  1. Present information about company offerings during trade shows or other large events to

potential customers.

  1. Responsible for the market development and sales on the company’s resin products.
  2. Dynamically grasp market prices and regularly provide the company with market

analysis, forecast reports and weekly work reports.

  1. Maintain good communication with customers and keep abreast of their needs in real time.
  2. Explore new sales channels and new customers, and independently develop the market
  3. Collect first-hand marketing information and customer opinions, and provide reference

suggestions for the company’s marketing strategies and after-sales services

  1. Adapt to long-term business trips
  2. Performs other tasks and duties as required by management.

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Minimum of 3-5 years’ sales experience in resin industry or composite background
  2. Good physical and mental health, upright character, articulate, lively and outgoing, positive and upward, able to endure hardships and work hard, with strong stress resistance
  3. Be proficient in the use of Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
  4. Acceptable oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
