Purpose
The Senior Marketing Specialist/ Marketing Specialist will support the Global Product Marketing Director in aligning global marketing strategies (MBU) with China local execution(CBU). The role requires close collaboration with global teams to ensure the consistent development and delivery of high-impact marketing content, campaigns, and brand initiatives across China, Greater Asia and Australia and New Zealand . The ideal candidate will bring strong project management, content creation, and digital marketing skills to enhance The group’s market presence and commercial success.

Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment & Coordination
• Support the Global Product Marketing Director in aligning MBU marketing strategy with CBU marketing plans.
• Coordinate with CBUs to ensure local execution of global campaigns, including key messages, audience targeting, and go-to-market approaches.
• Monitor implementation of MBU priorities across CBUs against defined KPIs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with CBUs to benchmark marketing activities and identify best practices.

Content Development & Marketing Collateral
• Develop marketing content and messaging based on product portfolio and value propositions.
• Conceptualize and produce sales and marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, white papers, case studies, battlecards, and digital assets.
• Manage translation and localization of materials to suit regional requirements.
• Create and coordinate thought leadership content for various platforms.

Brand & Communication
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with The group’s brand identity and visual guidelines.
• Drive brand awareness and positioning across key customer segments (e.g., Data Centers, Commercial Buildings, Healthcare, Educational Institutions).
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry marketing trends to refine brand differentiation.
• Evaluate and uphold brand guidelines globally across all business units.

Exhibitions & Events
• Plan, manage, and execute local exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, webinars, and special events.
• Support global trade show schedules, coordinating logistics, messaging, and post-event follow-through.

Digital Marketing & Analytics
• Plan and execute digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing initiatives.
• Maintain the CRM database and track performance metrics using web and social media analytics tools.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in HVAC, industrial equipment, energy, or technology sectors.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Demonstrated experience in adapting global marketing strategies to local market dynamics.
• Strong copywriting and content creation abilities in both English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in digital platforms popular in China (WeChat, Baidu, etc.) and global tools (CRM systems, CMS, analytics platforms).
• Experience working in multinational or matrixed organizations.
• Exceptional networking, project management and stakeholder management skills
