A Specialized Company with Electrical Component Products
The hiring company is a multinational company from Europe with specialty in some electrical components, their products are applied extensively in many industries including AI, Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, Marine, Medical, New Energy etc , their manufacturing centers cover Europe, Asia and North America, with customers in more than 70 countries. In China, they have set up business center in Jiangsu with around 200 staff , now with the business expansion, they are looking for leadership to join with the team.

Report to : China MD and Sales VP
leading a team : Around 10 staff
Location: Changzhou City
JOB Duties:
1. Define the yearly and quarterly target base on KPIs control and report the KPIs
2. Global support and understanding of the OEM specific need and there validations processes.
3. Regaular meeting with customer technial, validations Lab. and purhasing dept.
4. Detail involve with the leading customers with new proejcts at the development stage.(design)
5. Help customer to write there own specification for pigtail and charging cables according the existing product
6. make visit report,Optimize the project cost with team
7. Establish Strategic (3-5 year Plan) and Annual processes aligned to those of the company to set targets and enhancing competitive position and overall performance.
8. Work closely with global marketing to develop market segments and deploy channel strategies
9. Execute the annual operating plan including allocation of key resources to achieve annual goals.
10. Be responsible for key strategic customer account ownership and business development. Own customer and growth execution plan and assign resources based on market potential.
11. Working with Sales Team to build the solid pipeline and build up the regular review mechanism.
12. Foster an environment which stimulates open communication, creativity, imagination and creates a team spirit that solves problems and builds the business.
13. Responsible for thorough development plans, training and coaching of subordinates
14. Articulates a clear understanding of our market share, competitive position, and profitability for China.
15. Leads (with input from cross-functional teams) the deployment of comprehensive customer strategies that improve the profitability and growth of the business unit’s systems.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, MBA is a preferred
2. Five (5+) years’ experience with industrial sector in China market, experience in *** preferrred and an advantage
3. 10 years of relevant sales experience and 5 years management experience
4. Strong Customer Service Skills and good at people management skills
5. Detail oriented, organized and a self-starter and a team motivator
6. Passion for driving the Business development with a high sense of commercial
7. Ability to write and communicate in both English and Mandarin,
8. A good time manager for driving the project done
9. An expansive network that includes potential target customers and (channel implementation) partner
